Write to me and we'll agree on the next visit: it can be a review, an adjustment to the plan, or answering new questions that have come up.
+How much time passes between sessions?
Whatever your case needs: sometimes weeks, sometimes months. You set the pace; I don't sell mandatory session packages.
+Can I message you with questions between sessions?
Of course — on Instagram I reply within 24 hours. If the question is a big one, it's best to see it in person, in your home.
