  • Google (Gmail) — email reception. May involve international transfers covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. International transfers

When a provider involves transfers outside the EEA, these are made only to countries offering adequate safeguards (adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions, by writing to info@hablandoenperro.es and stating which right you want to exercise. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe processing does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
